Economic Development Committee

Purpose:
The Economic Development Committee shall have the authority to strengthen the economic base of the program area by working with retain and recruit businesses in the program area, converting unused and underused building space in the program area into a balanced mix of productive business property, and create a financial incentive for the use of historic, commercial buildings in the program area while preserving aesthetically-pleasing and unique community assets.
